All of our crackers are certified gluten free by the BCR and do not contain nuts. Only our savory Cheddar Cheeze and Sea Salt crackers are grain free.

Nope! Our crackers are made from green bananas, harvested as they mature in size before their starches change into sugar. They taste like everything your heart desires and nothing like the fruit.

Our crackers are gut friendly because they are free from ingredients known to disrupt the gut and full of prebiotic fiber to nurture it. Our prebiotic fiber comes from our #1 ingredient - green banana flour.

We believe our choice in oil gives us the best balance between health, baking performance and ability to serve our customers. Our crackers are baked with the highest quality sunflower oil on the market: Organic Expeller Pressed High Oleic Sunflower Oil. Our oil is extracted using an expeller press, where a mechanical press slowly extracts the sunflower seeds for their oil. As a result, the oil does not contain high levels of Omega 6’s (linoleic acid), which can cause inflammation. Additionally, expeller pressed oils are more temperature stable, allowing us to use optimal temperatures to make the best crackers possible. Lastly, high oleic sunflower oil contains high levels of monounsaturated fats (MUFAs), which can help reduce bad cholesterol in your blood. 

Our natural flavors are a proprietary blend of spices to enhance the flavor of our crackers. The natural flavors are verified vegan and allergen free by our supplier.
